Konro and Yakitori Japanese charcoal IGP Iwate 6 cm
Ref : NISYACH1
Kurosumi is popular throughout Japan for its yakitori and quality grilled meats, with both private customers and restaurateurs.
All agree that it is the best charcoal:
- - rapid ignition (excellent flammability)
- - high temperature (powerful heat, resistance to extinction and superior durability). Kurosumi charcoal fire has a heat output of over 500°C.
- - high calorific content
- - low smoke production - good endurance
- - not prone to explosions or crackling (charcoal has a high carbon content and few impurities, so it hardly explodes)
- - easy to handle
- - odorless
- - leaves little ash residue
- - brings out the natural flavors of food (Iwate kurosumi is made with a high carbon content target of 85% or more. High-carbon charcoal is firmly carbonized, so there are few impurities and almost no smoke or odor from the charcoal itself).
- - with a high infrared effect
Used for barbecuing, thick meats, fish and vegetables are cooked to perfection, remaining crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
- Kurosumi charcoal is available in uniform 6 cm and 18 cm sections, making it easy to use.
