This lightly concentrated kombu dashi is made from the finest kombu, for demanding professional and private customers.
Kombu flavor is very present, umami is rich and elegant.
Our perfect pairings : it is very easy to use and will be perfect for the base of your miso soup broths, tsuyu (for udon, somen, soba, ramen) as well as for all dishes for which a dashi broth will be necessary.
Diluted (1 part broth to 4 to 5 parts water ), you can also infuse your dried bonito katsuobushi.
