In Japan, yuzu is a predominant citrus fruit. This salt is flavored with yuzu skin powder from the best origin, Kôchi, Southern part of Shikoku Island.
Our perfect combination : this yuzu salt is perfect in all your boiled or steamed dishes, grilled or steamed fishes, white or red meats. It seasons to perfection tofu made dishes, tempura, fried dishes and sashimi. Do not hesitate to integrate a few drops while making puffpastries as appetizers.
