Roasted sesame seeds flavored whith Yuzu Kosho

Yuzu kosho is an essential condiment in every Japanese cuisine. Made of green or red hot pepper, yuzu skin, yuzu juice and salt, it is used for seasoning omelettes, fish and grilled meats, meat of shells or fish carpaccios, but as well many kind of broths.
We requested this furikake to be created, taking care to preserve the flavors of sesame, yuzu and chilli.
Alchemy works perfectly.
The freshness of yuzu is omnipresent as well as the incisive touch of hot pepper, just what it takes, without ever being unpleasant, educated by the delicacy of sesame.
