Brand's products TOHO SHOKUHIN

Tôhô Shokuhin is located in Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku region, in the centre of the Kaga plain.

Founded in 1886, its motto is "ensure our products are healthy, natural and delicious". Veritable seasoned sesame seed specialist, Toho Shokuhin respects traditional top level production processes. The seasoned sesame seeds are part of the "furikake", traditional Japanese condiments important for white rice, and Japanese cuisine in general. The "furikake" are traditionally shaken over white rice dishes. A good sesame "furikake" is made up of perfectly seasoned, tasty and crunchy sesame seeds.
