Laure Kie, laurer of Japanese and vegetarian cookbooks, was born in Tokyo of a Japanese mother and a French father. She spent a large part of her childhood in Japan, but also in Africa and the Middle East.

These experiences of life gave him the taste of the trip and the discovery of culinary cultures. Later, she crisscrossed Asia in search of new flavors and to enrich her culinary knowledge she transmits today in her cooking classes and through her numerous books.
