Chubo Sutaminayaki sauce is a blend of several miso noodles, garlic, ginger and uncooled soy moromi (fermented soybeans) as a hidden flavor. This sauce is reputed to make dishes rich and flavorful.
“Sutaminayaki” refers to a popular dish consisting of chicken and pork offal grilled in one go over charcoal. “Sutamina-yaki sauce” is a household sauce capable of reproducing legendary chain restaurant Densetsu no Sutadon-ya main menu taste, which specializes in serving donburi. Donburi, in Japanese, means a large bowl.
