Japanese yuzu citrus fruit sweet bitterness with lemon tangy taste create a more complex, juicy experience.
Its taste is similar to lemonade. Especially in summer, it soothes the throat.
This yuzu liqueur contains no artificial additives. While there are many yuzu liqueurs on the market made with cheap molasses-based spirits, Yuzumon is made with top-quality distilled rice alcohol (made from 100% rice), bearing Kumamoto Geographical Indication.
The secret: serve it chilled, on crushed ice or as a granita (blend the yuzumon and ice cubes in a blender). As a cocktail base or aperitif, pure or with ice-cold sparkling water (2 parts yuzumon to 1 part sparkling water), or as an after-dinner long drink on the rocks, it's also great in desserts (lemon or yuzu tarts, tiramisu, bavarois, panna cotta, baba, creamsicles, sorbets).
