Okayama and Tottori areas are very famous for the quality of their ume plums (apricot tree’s fruit).
Their juice is really sour. It has been sugared to make its consumption easier.
Our perfect combination : the taste is very fresh, flowerish and fruity, and the sugar does not take over. The first impression is close to our traditional verjuices, but without the sourness.
You can easily use it for cooking or to make pastries.

HIROOKA FARMThey changed red clay region which is not fertile into productive soil and have been producing outstanding fresh seasonal fruits like figs, Shishi-yuzu (a kind of Citrus grandis), persimmon and Ume. The best explanation for their spirit is “Ikka-zammai”. It means they are earnestly absorbed in producing their products. They make not only fruits but also process staffs like alcohol drink, juice and sweets.
