Brand's products HIROOKA FARM

Hirooka farm in Tottori prefecture is famous for producing Twenty Century pear and many kinds of pears and plum.

They changed red clay region which is not fertile into productive soil and have been producing outstanding fresh seasonal fruits like figs, Shishi-yuzu (a kind of Citrus grandis), persimmon and Ume. The best explanation for their spirit is “Ikka-zammai”. It means they are earnestly absorbed in producing their products. They make not only fruits but also process staffs like alcohol drink, juice and sweets.
