Here is the RED version of the famous yuzu kosho very much appreciated by both Japanese people and Western people.
This condiment is made of yuzu peel, strong green pepper and sea salt. We selected it for its perfect balance between green pepper soft spicyness and yuzu citrus freshness, without any bitterness, just salted and spiced as necessary.
