Kinshi nori seaweed angel hair cut
Ref : NISGO9
Nori seaweed from Tôshi island (Mié Prefecture) is particularly famous for its very delicate flavor and its deep taste (this is explained by the quality, the purity and the clearness of the sea water of the area).
The rich taste is explained by the fact that it is harvested during the coldest part of the winter, and only the darkest seaweeds (black) are rigorously selected.
WARNING : This product is only to use in cold dishes (a hot dish would instantly damage the seaweeds).
Our perfect combination : display a pinch on raw fish and seafood (tuna, salmon, sea urchins, cuttlefish, salmon roe), mixed salads, rice and carpaccios..
