Hokkaido Wakame 30g
Ref : NISAMNS1
Wakame seaweed is characterized by its thick, elastic texture. Hokkaido wakame seaweed is tossed by rough seas, giving it a unique texture and high nutrient content.
Not only do they taste rich and delicious, they are also rich in potassium, carotene (a type of vitamin A) and alginic acid, a dietary fiber. In recent years, water temperatures have risen as a result of global warming, steadily reducing suitable habitat for wakame seaweed and leading to a significant reduction in harvests.
This wakame will enhance dashis, miso soups, seaweed salads...
Our craftsman's advice: boil dried wakame for around 10 minutes. Cool in water, then cut into pieces and add to your preparations.
