This sake, with its fresh apple and pear aromas and herbaceous notes, is perfect with citrus salads or creamy poultry. Brilliantly pure, it offers a smooth, enveloping taste experience. The ideal serving temperature is +15°C or warm +30°C.
Rice Shochu - Hakutake Shiro (25%)
This rice shochu is an elegant, light spirit, ideal for enhancing all types of dishes. Its white fruit flavours (pear, peach) also make it a perfect base for cocktails. A low-calorie alternative to vodka, it can be enjoyed on the rocks or cut with sparkling water, either very cold or hot (40-45°C).
Umeshu from Kumamoto
Umeshu is a traditional Japanese alcoholic drink made from Japanese plums called ‘ume’ and distilled alcohol. This Umeshu is a must-try from Japan. It is made from Japanese plums soaked in shochu (distilled alcohol). Its sweet, slightly tart flavour makes it a refreshing drink, perfect as an aperitif. Served chilled, on the rocks or mixed with sparkling water, it's an ideal accompaniment to smoked fish or cocktails.
