Sake Gozenshu Bodaimoto Usunigori Light

This sake is made using the oldest brewing method. Usunigori means "slightly cloudy" and this sake is so named because it is bottled with a little fermenting wort. The result is a slightly sparkling sake with aromas of green apple and sweet and tangy flavors pleasantly supported by its cloudy appearance.
This sake is also genshu type. Genshu literally means “cask strength” and refers to sake that has not been diluted. No distilled water is added to lower the alcohol content. So this is a low alcohol, slightly cloudy sake made with white koji. You can feel the sweetness and sourness in the dancing trouble. Using a new approach, Tsuji Honten has brewed a new "summer style sake" with a light taste. We recommend drinking it with ice cubes or diluting it with sparkling water. How about a new summer sake? A refreshing sake to drink in hot weather, with a low alcohol content of 13%, but with good flavor and acidity.
