Chubo sauce Karubi yaki no tare
Ref : NISCYKB1
This sauce is a staple of Japan's popular yakiniku restaurants. It's a sweet soy-based barbecue sauce. Garlic, ginger and red pepper give it a punch. Ideal for seasoning pork, beef and vegetables.
Yakiniku consists of grilling meat (beef, pork, etc.) on an iron plate or grill placed over a fire. Although it's becoming increasingly common to grill vegetables, squash and seafood as well, beef remains the main dish: noble muscles, sirloin, tongue, intestines, tail and belly.
Japanese yakiniku restaurants now also offer variations with pork, chicken, lamb and even fish.
The preferred sauces are generally slightly spicy, such as our chubo karubi yaki sauce.
