This organic tea is grown in a mountainous region at an altitude of about 600 meters, with a view of Mount Fuji and the Pacific Ocean (Suruga Bay), in Shizuoka Prefecture. Tea plantation is very frequently covered by mist. Temperature at this altitude varies greatly between day and night, allowing tea leaves to grow slowly and produce a high quality tea with a rich flavor.

Mouth is fresh, light, without bitterness, with light notes of marshmallow, then a fruity finish with sweet and salty flavors. This tea, great vintage, can be enjoyed alone or with dried fruit, cookies chosen.
