Yakimen sauce for fried noodles

This sauce is mainly composed of numerous Kitakyushu vegetables blended with two types of soy sauce to create a deep sweetness.
It's easy to use.
Simply add it to the pan to stir-fry your udon or soba noodles to create authentic yakiudon or yakisoba! This sauce is also ideal for vegetable woks, tonkatsu pork loin and takoyaki dumplings.
