Cherry blossom preserved in sweet syrup
The Sakura cherry blossoms exhale delicious fragrances of cherry seed almond. In order to preserve their colors and flavors, as soon as they are harvested, the flowers are kept in salt.
This does not alter the texture nore the aromas. Therefore, flowers are desalted and placed in a syrup made from plum vinegar and sugar. Each flower is carefully checked and placed between two spacers to group together 100 pieces. A flash pasteurization is performed to ensure a good conservation.
