Hasegawa FSR Professional Cutting Board
Ref : NISSKA1
Hasegawa FSR Soft Cutting Board cushions and absorbs blows of your knife, preserving the sharpness of your blade, unlike typical synthetic boards. It is therefore recommended for delicate cuts (sushi, sashimi, raw meat).
Its wooden core makes it 30% to 50% lighter than other solid plastic cutting boards. This makes handling cutting boards much easier, improving hygiene and maintenance. What's more, there's less risk of injury if you drop it.
It won't warp or bend easily with long-term use or high-temperature washing. It is dishwasher-safe and always stable.
This board is compatible with knife blades.
Soft materials applied to the surfaces make it very blade-friendly, helping to maintain a sharp blade on knives. What's more, grippy surface prevents ingredients from moving during cutting, making it ideal for delicate cuts!
Wooden core of this board is sterilized and covered with thick layers of plastic entirely and completely. As a result, wood will not be exposed if handled correctly.
This board is dishwasher-safe (maximum 90°C) and complies with European health standards.
