How to make your tea matcha with your matcha tea kit?
- Put in your matcha bowl of 2 to 4 spatulas of tea matcha, or 2 to 4 g
- then pour 70 to 100 ml of pure water, not hard, heated from 70 ° C to 80 ° C (depending on the quality of your tea matcha; for a tea of very high quality, prefer a water at 70 ° C)
- Beat your tea until tea thickening and formation of a generous and clever foam.

- 1 whip "Chasen" in 80-strand bamboo: to get a perfectly foamy texture.
