Kara-Age, batter for japanese style meat and fish fritter

This batter is very popular for serving chicken chunks in Japan.
No additional seasoning is necessary. Its use is very simple!
Our perfect combination :
- Mix 200 g Kara Age flour with 200 g sparkling water. Mix well to obtain a consistent mixture and then add for example 1 kg of deboned chicken legs cut into 30 to 40 g cubes
- Put them into a deep fryer at +180°C
- Once golden (4 min 30 to 5 min 30), remove from oil and
place on absorbent paper
- Leave to cool a little… then eat!
You can also use this kara-age mix for pork, lamb meat or even with fishes and vegetables.
