Parchment paper for meat and fish

Its detailed properties:

(1) Gently absorbs water and drops from the surface of the fish. Important point is that it does so gently!

(2) Fish can be aged while retaining a moderate level of moisture retention, so that it remains fresh and lush.

(3) Paper is also very popular, as it absorbs fish's blood.

(4) Paper loses strength when wet and becomes easy to tear, but this waterproof paper treated with water loses less strength when wet and is more resistant than waterproof paper sold on the market. This paper is 30% more resistant when wet than when dry.

(5) This paper's water resistance prevents the fish's tail, dorsal and caudal fins from tearing the bag provided by the fishmonger when the fish is brought home! This paper is useful for fishmongers and butchers as it is tear-resistant even when wet.

(6) As paper is green, drops and blood are not visible. Why is green perch paper green? We're sometimes asked this question. Blood drops are red. Opposite color to red is green. By wrapping fish in green parchment paper, blood and other exudate drops are less visible. Results of an inspection of food packaging materials by the Japan Food Analysis Center showed that this product contains no substances hazardous to food hygiene.
