Cherry tree fragrance is very much used in Japan, mainly to flavor salts, soy sauces and other preparations made to flavor food.
Sakura cherrywood charcoal gives a highly aromatic note, characteristic of the scent at the end of a flambé.
Our perfect combination :
- add in a marinade: 1 to 2 tablespoons for 1L of water or stock (fish and chicken)
- wet the cooking foil with the liquid smoke, wrap the food with it and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours (meat, foie gras, fruits… )
- spray on the different ingredients before putting into the oven (fish, beef, lamb… ).
